- Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday (8:00 A.M.- 5:00P.M.)

Job Summary
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing effective end-user helpdesk support for I.T.-related functions as well as providing assistance on general I.T. projects. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and updating all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on I.T. assets and provide support for a wide range of applications • Understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs and VPN
- Knowledge of computer workstation set-up, basic server administration (AD) and desktop support
- Able to quickly analyze issues and determine best course of action using available resources
- Sound judgement to escalate issues to senior members within the help desk organization
- Able to communicate in user-friendly language
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
- Capable of forecasting and solving problems
- Time management skills with exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt and welcome change in a positive manner
